Surveillance report of the immune antibody level of swine fever in main pig breeding areas in Qinghai Province

Abstract: In order to understand the level and trend of immune antibody produced by swine fever vaccine, the immune antibody level of swine fever was monitored monthly by ELISA method in 4 main pig breeding areas in 2016, in Qinghai province. The results showed that immune antibody level of swine fever was at a higher level in the whole year. The average qualified rate of immune antibody was 77.5%. The antibody level in the scale pig farms was higher than that in the household. The average antibody level reached the highest level winthin1 month after immunization, between May and June, November and December and then decreased gradually. The average antibody level reached the lowest level between March and April, August and September after immunization.
