冬虫夏草采挖与土壤化学性质相关性研究

摘要:为了研究冬虫夏草采挖前后土壤化学性质与采挖行为的关系,通过比较采挖前后不同深度下土壤中PH、全钙、全磷、铁、铜含量变化,分析了采挖行为与土壤化学成分及牧草生长的关系,结果表明:冬虫夏草采挖后土壤 05 cm510 cm 属弱酸性;有机质含量丰富,土壤肥沃;土壤缺钙,不利于有机质分解和氮的固定;土壤全磷和速效磷含量中等,能满足牧草生长需要。试验地采挖前土壤05 cm平均铁含量高于采挖后,有可能是由于采挖前土壤和大气气温较低,微生物分解作用减弱,牧草生长逐渐停止,土壤中铁的蓄积量加大。

Study on the correlation between soil extract and soil physical and chemical properties of CordycepsSinensis

Abstract :In order to study the relationship between soil chemical properties before and after the excavating Cordyceps and excavation behavior, the relationship between digging behavior and soil chemical composition as well as pasture growth were analyzed by comparing content change of PH, calcium, phosphorus, iron, copper in different soil depth before and after excavation. The results showed that soil presents weak acid after Cordyceps excavation under depth of soil between 0 ~ 5 cm and 5 ~ 10 cm respectively, organic matter content is rich, soil is fertile, soil lacks calcium, is not conducive to the decomposition of organic matter and nitrogen fixation. The content of total phosphorus and available phosphorus is medium in soil, can meet the needs of forage growth. The average iron content of soil depth of 0 ~ 5 cm before excavation is higher than after excavation, it is possible that due to the temperature of soil and air is low, microbial decomposition weakened, pasture growth gradually stop, increase the accumulation of iron in soil before excavation.
